Different businesses need different things. These examples show the kinds of problems we have worked on and the work behind them. Client identities and identifying details are omitted for confidentiality.

Coordinating advertising across multiple locations
The assignment
An awareness campaign needed to run across multiple locations. That meant coordinating the creative, tracking and campaign setup while keeping local reporting useful to the client.
The work
We reviewed the digital setup, adapted existing creative and worked with the client’s technical team on tracking. Campaign management and reporting were organized around the individual locations.
What the portfolio records
The campaigns launched on schedule, supported by hundreds of creative assets. The reported results measured advertising reach and impressions. They do not establish patient acquisition or revenue attributable to the campaign.
The project covered the store’s customer database, email marketing and a new SMS program, alongside work on the shopping experience.
The work
We cleaned the contact database, moved the email program to a new platform and built campaigns and automated flows. The work included testing messages, introducing SMS and supporting changes to the online store.
What the portfolio records
Email attributed revenue increased, and the SMS program built an audience and recorded attributed sales. Those channel figures are not added together because a purchase can be credited by more than one channel. They should not be read as a measure of additional revenue caused by this work alone.
The business wanted to improve its visibility in organic search through ongoing content and SEO work.
The work
We researched keywords and competitors, planned and produced content, and worked on page optimization. Technical recommendations covered areas such as site speed and sitemap maintenance.
What the portfolio records
Monthly search clicks grew over the engagement. This is a traffic measure, rather than a claim about sales or profit generated by those visits.
