Privacy Policy
Updated 16 October 2026
1. This notice
This notice explains the information collected through the Integer One website inquiry form and the related website features described below. It does not describe personal data handled under a separate client services agreement.
For privacy questions or requests, contact legal@integerone.xyz.
2. Information you submit
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, service interest and message. The company field is optional. Required fields are identified on the form.
Please include only the information needed to explain your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents, health information or personal information about children.
3. Inquiry handling
The form saves your inquiry so the team can review what you are asking about and respond using your contact details. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.
The current form does not send an automatic confirmation email. A saved confirmation on the website means the inquiry was stored successfully.
4. Website operation and security
The inquiry system records a submission timestamp and a value derived from the connection’s IP address using a hash. The derived value helps limit repeated submissions and abuse. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.
The inquiry record stores this derived value rather than the raw IP address. Hosting and network providers may separately process connection information, including IP addresses, as part of delivering their services.
A hidden form field helps identify automated spam. The website also includes hosting platform error reporting hooks that may process page routes and diagnostic information when active.
5. Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud database infrastructure built with Supabase technology. Stored inquiries are not available through the website’s public visitor interface.
Hosting, database and email services may process information as part of providing their services. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Email and scheduling links
Email links open your selected email application. An email you send is handled through the email services used by you and the recipient.
Booking links take you to Calendly. Information entered there is handled under Calendly’s privacy practices and any applicable arrangements for the appointment organiser. The current website links to Calendly rather than embedding its booking form.
External services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Review their privacy information when using them.
7. Retention and deletion requests
The time window used to limit repeated submissions does not automatically delete an inquiry. The current inquiry system does not apply an automatic deletion schedule.
You can contact legal@integerone.xyz to ask about information held in relation to your inquiry or to request its deletion. Applicable legal requirements and exceptions may affect how a request can be handled.
8. International services
Integer One states a presence in the United States, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. That list does not specify the storage location of a particular inquiry. The services involved in hosting, email or scheduling may process information in other countries.
Contact legal@integerone.xyz with questions about processing relevant to your inquiry.
9. Choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the form, or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry.
Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to obtain a copy of information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may have conditions or exceptions.
Send requests to legal@integerone.xyz. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. Please do not send identity documents unless an appropriate process has been agreed.
You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
10. Changes
The date above identifies the latest revision of this notice. We may update it when website features or practices change.
